The Coach Foundation — the charitable arm of the equipment and ready-to-wear model — is furthering its philanthropic efforts with partnerships with The Opportunity Network, Bottom Line and Year Up, cementing the following chapter of Coach’s Dream It Real initiative.
“I’m proud to continue our commitment to Dream It Real with The Opportunity Network, Bottom Line and Year Up, three partners who share our vision and values,” stated Todd Kahn, interim chief working officer and model president of Coach. “It is our goal to fight inequality by empowering underrepresented students through education, and to help provide the resources, skills and mentoring they need to make their dreams a reality.”
The Opportunity Network, Bottom Line and Year Up every work to drive fairness throughout increased training for underrepresented college students and college students from low-income communities, with a imaginative and prescient of increasing training and alternative for all. The organizations provide assets, teaching and neighborhood to younger folks at crucial junctures — the transitions from secondary training to increased training to profession — when under-resourced college students are seen to come across limitations to pursuing their desires.
To have fun the most recent partnerships, the Coach Foundation made a donation of $1 million in help of the nonprofits and their work.
The Coach Foundation launched the Dream It Real initiative in 2018. Its mission is to assist break cycles of inequality by empowering the following era to achieve their full potential by means of increased training.
